The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) appoints Rayanne Waggoner CRM, 30 years as a records and information management professional, as Regent for Certification Maintenance in January 2010.

Cupertino, CA. -- The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), an international certifying body for Records and Information Management Professionals, has appointed Rayanne Waggoner, CRM, as Regent for Certification Maintenance effective January of 2010.

Rayanne Waggoner, CRM, is the Corporate Records Manager for Apple, Inc. in Cupertino, CA. She earned her Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation in 1995. She previously served as the ICRM Regent for Examination Administration and was very involved in the business process conversion to electronic testing through Pearson Vue.

Rayanne received her AS Degree in Business from De Anza College. She served on the 1989 ARMA Conference Program Committee and continued her involvement until 1997 during which time she was Co-Chairman and Chairman for the meetings held in Denver and Chicago. Rayanne has served the Golden Gate Chapter both as Vice President (1980-1982) and as Treasurer (1978-1979).

Rayanne and her husband Bill reside in Sunnyvale, CA and share a family of five sons, five grandsons and two granddaughters.

The Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) is an international certifying organization of and for professional records and information managers. The ICRM was incorporated in 1975 to meet the requirement to have a standard by which persons involved in records and information management could be measured, accredited and recognized according to criteria of experience and capability established by their peers. The ICRM is an independent non-profit organization administered by a Board of Regents. The ICRM serves as the official certifying body for both ARMA International and the Nuclear Information and Records Management Association (NIRMA).
