Some helpful hints and suggestions for how best to navigate this site and the underlying application.

This site is best viewed using just about any browser at just about any resolution.

Due to the security mechanisms in place on this application that you are currently viewing however it is best to use only this application's specific menu items and imbedded functions to navigate once you are logged on. Each URL at that point is tied to a specific session identity as well as having a time and usage limited token mechanism. This is to prevent anyone from "tinkering" with the URL's to view information they are not entitled to view.

Web browser functions, like the back button and any web-surfing-enhancement tools might trigger the application into thinking that it has received a tampered URL and in the process that will force a re-authentication request which will ask you to logon again.
